(5) Legitimacy - Legal Status
of Children Born of Void and Voidable Marriage.
(6) Adoption
(7) Hindu Minority and
Guardianship Act, 1956
(8) Law of Maintenance – Hindu
Adoption and Maintenance Act, 1956.
(9) Law of Succession under The
Hindu Succession Act, 1956 – Devolution of interest of coparcenary property
(Section 6), General rules of succession in the case of male Hindus (Section
8), General rules of succession in the case of female Hindus (Section 15),
Testamentary succession (Section 30).
